Return Policy

Thanks to our strict quality standards, Don Collins Cigars are guaranteed for up to 1 year. Should you receive cigars that are damaged they may be exchanged.
Customers are responsible for returning the complete package of damaged cigars. Upon receipt, a replacement bundle of equal value will be sent. Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling costs, as well as taxes in his or her state.
