Don Collins Cigars are guaranteed for up to 1 year. Any cigars that do not meet our strict quality standards and/or your expectations may be exchanged. Customers are responsible for returning the unsatisfactory cigars with a minimum of 15 cigars intact. Upon which a replacement bundle of equal value will be sent free of charge.
